It all started with

so finally its dec... that means i've been in the company for 8 months ... wow...
it was really nice to start with ... the ppl... the place... the feel of the environment.
then we moved to jurong east. the thought of the place was disheartening but still survivable... Y ?? coz its all abt the PPL... and thing started to go from bad to worse ... ppl started to leave ... or are made to leave. and the politics in the office grows.

new ppl join but the politics still grows like a cancer... we all didn't see it coming and suddenly it erupts... and policies get implemented . changes are made only to worsen the current situation. now the relics want to leave. and soon the young ones will follow ... Y??? coz its all abt the PPL!!!

I've only got to hang in there for another 4 months ... and then its off to a hopefully better life.

on a brighter note... i'm going to USA(Solidworks World) in jan. all I hope is that when i get back...the ppl who matter don't leave.
