The Gap

i have come to realise that the generations after mine are alot smater than they look. and not because they were born like that but because of wat they see on tv for starters... with shows like the oc and one tree hill and wat not
constantly tackling the problems that most ppl would face in their day to day life ... fights ... possibility of jail and wat not. wat did we have... beverly hills 90210... and friends

i remember growing up with the constant drilling that we HaVe to study other wise we are useless...that an academic is always better than a skilled worker coz he wears a suit or formal wear and the skill worker has to get his hands dirty. but times have changes a lil and so almost everybody i know in my generation have atleast a Dip or a skill only to become mindless drones in the workforce.

but if u take the time to talk to ppl younger than yerself u learn many new things... things tht u and i might miss coz of they things that we learnt constantly stuck to look at things from in the box instead ot out of the peverbial box.

its just amazing. i'm willing to learn if they are willing to teach ... and who says u can't learn something from someone younger than u ... and for all the idiots out there who say that they should respect u coz u are older ... Grow up man ... they respect u coz u deserve it ... and if u don't deserve it ... don't expect it ... u can't force someone to respect u... u can only hope they do ...
respect is Earned Not a right!!! remember that so that we all learn to respect each other ...
