Was looking through some of the things MOE sent me the in the past and i noticed something intresting

As a Singapore PR i have to pay $10685 for poly per year
but as an international student i have to pay $10585.

Y is it cheaper as an international student??? Not forgetting that as a PR i have to serve NS!!!

So wat the fuck singapore??? ...
